Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is completed.

  • Economy 5 to 8 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method, and are subject to change

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders and will be displayed during checkout when applicable.


Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We ship using reputable carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other regional carriers.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (if applicable)

  • APO/FPO addresses (if applicable)

  • International destinations (unless otherwise stated)

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 7 days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date.

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided and marked as delivered by the carrier,

We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.

 

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
