RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, alterations, or damage caused after delivery

Items returned in unsellable condition may be rejected and returned to the customer.


Condition Verification

All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, drying, misuse, alterations, accidental damage, or customer-caused damage will not qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

We reserve the right to document the condition of returned items through photographs and inspection reports.

 

Return Authorization

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We reserve the right to investigate all defect claims and may deny claims when evidence indicates damage resulted from misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, washing, drying, alterations, or customer handling.


Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.



Exchanges

Eligible exchanges may be offered for:

  • Different sizes

  • Different colors

  • Replacement of verified defective merchandise

Exchange requests are subject to inventory availability.

 

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or final sale merchandise

  • Products marked "Final Sale"

  • Items returned without original tags

  • Items damaged after delivery through customer use, washing, drying, alteration, or improper care


Fraud Prevention & Abuse

To protect against return fraud and abuse:

  • We may require proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges.
